• School & payment plan — the school code you enter and your installment schedule and balance.
• Payment records — the amount, date, method label (e.g. “Visa ending 4242”) and a transaction reference. Your full card number is handled by our payment provider and is never stored by us.
• Usage & device data — basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

2. How we use your data

• To create and manage your account and payment plan.
• To process payments and keep your balance accurate.
• To verify your identity (email confirmation and SMS one-time codes) and protect your account.
• To send payment reminders and service notices you have agreed to.
• To provide support and comply with our legal obligations.

3. Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with the service providers who help us run the portal, under contract and only as needed:

• Our payment provider, to process card and wallet payments.
• Our hosting and database provider, to store your data securely.
• Our email and SMS providers, to send verification codes and reminders.

We may also disclose data where required by law or to protect our rights and users.

4. Cookies

We use only essential cookies needed to keep you signed in and secure. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.

5. Data retention

We keep your account and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, accounting, and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

We protect your data with encryption in transit, hashed passwords, access controls, and a payment flow that keeps card details off our servers. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Some users are under 18. Where a user is a minor, we rely on parental or guardian consent for the collection and processing of their data in connection with event payments.
