Refund Policy

1. Deposits

The initial deposit secures your place and covers non-recoverable booking costs. It is non-refundable once paid.

2. Refund window

You may request a refund of installment payments (excluding the deposit) if you cancel at least 30 days before the event date. Requests made after this cut-off cannot be refunded, as costs will already have been committed.

3. How refunds are calculated

Eligible refunds return the installment amounts you have paid, minus the non-refundable deposit and any non-recoverable third-party costs (such as payment-processing fees). We’ll show you the exact amount before confirming.

4. After the cut-off & no-shows

Payments are non-refundable after the refund window closes, and there are no refunds for non-attendance once the event has taken place.

5. If we cancel

If Celebratory Events cancels an event, you will receive a full refund of all amounts paid, including the deposit, unless an alternative date is offered and accepted.

6. How to request a refund

Email info@celebratory-events.com from your registered address with your name and school. We’ll confirm your eligibility and the refund amount.

7. Processing time

Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, it may take several business days to appear.
